From Risk Management to Buttercream

By day, I'm a senior leader working in risk management — spotting the uncertainties and hazards that could go wrong before they ever become a problem, and building in the checks that keep things running safely and smoothly. By night (and most weekends), I'm the baker, delivery driver, admin team, dishwasher and general chaos behind Crumb & Chaos Cakes.

I started Crumb & Chaos because I wanted something creative that was completely my own, and watching it grow from a little idea into a real business has honestly been brilliant. From baking for family, to my cake shed, events and collaborations, and now working alongside The Play Barn in Blakemere — it's already become so much more than I ever imagined. I'm proud to hold a 5* Food Hygiene Rating and to be fully insured and registered, because doing this properly matters to me.

I love creating, turning ideas into something edible, supporting other women, and — honestly — winging it like the rest of us. Outside the kitchen, I co-host her ascent, a podcast championing women in leadership. And above all of it, I'm a mum, a wife, and a thoroughly kid-hearted person who still gets far too excited about sprinkles.
